The Art of Booking is GYG's new July Hero campaign, and it flips a common assumption: that booking an experience is admin, a chore to get through before "the real thing" starts. Instead, the campaign celebrates the act of booking itself, backed by real data, behavioural science, expert opinion and GYG's own insights, as a wellbeing ritual, a personality reveal, and a skill worth mastering.

Booking a trip is rarely straightforward. Cost, flight times, the wants and needs of our travel companions, a hotel or apartment, the activities and restaurants you need to book ahead … an endless list to think about. Some love every moment of it. Some hate it. Some thrive on the stress of it, finding trip-booking hacks and deals as part of the fun. But which booking archetype do you relate to? GetYourGuide’s research identified five main booking personalities from one end of the scale to the other.

Have a project in mind? A half-baked idea scribbled on a napkin? Big vision, small idea, or something in between - if it needs designing, drop me a line. Worst case? We swap a few emails. Best case? We make something brilliant together.
